Make a date with John Legend at Nelspruit Fest in South Africa

John Legend was in South Africa for the first time a few years ago and conquered many hearts, particularly among female music fans. Leading American R&B musician John Legend is coming to South Africa again, and this time, as on several previous occasions, he will do what he knows best: perform for his fans. He will grace the stages of South Africa next month on October 15. Legend returns to South Africa as the headline act for a one night only performance at the Third Annual Sixties Festival, Nelspruit, which always attracts multitudes of people from all over the country for fun and great music.Legend will be supported by a strong line-up of local artists such as Zakes Bantwini, Theo Kgosinkwe, Teargas and Liquideep.Legend will perform on Saturday October 15 at the Mbombela Stadium, with ticket prices ranging from R225 (general), R500 (golden circle) to R1650 (premium VIP suite).

Speaking about his coming performance at the festival, Legend said: "I'm thrilled to be returning to South Africa for what I'm sure will be an amazing festival. I hope my fans are ready to get lifted." The one night only concert forms part of the four-day festival that begins on Thursday October 13 and ends on Sunday. october 16. 

Tickets for the pre-party, which is scheduled for the Emnotweni Arena on Friday October 14, will retail at R100. Sunday October 16, the last day of the festival, will wrap up the proceedings with Sunday Soul Sessions, which will be at the Ngwenyama Lodge, with Metro FM trio Wilson B Nkosi, Paul Mtirara and Eddie Zondi on the decks and featuring legendary icon Hugh Masekela. All4One will also perform.
