Veteran rhythm guitarist Innocent Mjintu says he didn’t abandon his group Zare to join Real Sounds of Africa — fronted by Energy Mutodi — but that his son Learnmore will be taking care of things at his former band.
In an interview since he left the group, Mjintu — who debuted alongside Mutodi popularly known as Tatu Muluba in rhumba circles — said he groomed his 19-year-old son to continue from where left.
