New Madiba fashion label launched
Johannesburg. — Inspired by her father Nelson Mandela’s book “Long Walk To Freedom”, Zenani Mandela-Dlamini and her children, Zamaswazi Dlamini and Zaziwe Manaway, have created the clothing label L.W.T.F Apparel.
Mandela’s granddaughters Zamaswazi and Zaziwe said their apparel would not only aspire to revitalise the fashion industry with fresh, riveting creations, but they also plan to expose Madiba’s legacy to the global market. L.W.T.F Apparel will initially be sweaters, T-shirts and caps.

Nelson Mandela honours Whitney Houston

Nelson Mandela's office on Monday offered condolences on the death of Whitney Houston, remembering a performance she gave during a White House dinner in his honour in 1994.
"Ms Houston sang for Mr Nelson Mandela at a White House dinner in his honour in October 1994.
She dedicated to him her rendition of the song Greatest Love of All. May she rest in peace," said Sello Hatang, spokesperson for the Nelson Mandela Centre of Memory. The Centre functions as the office for the 93-year-old Nobel laureate.
