Randy and Jermaine Jackson are trying to get at Michael Jackson's money, by hatching a sinister plot involving Katherine Jackson ... so claim sources connected with the Michael Jackson Estate.

Randy, Jermaine, Janet, Tito and Rebbie Jackson all signed a letter, demanding that the Executors of the MJ Estate step down, claiming the executors are failing so badly, the stress caused Katherine to suffer a stroke.

Sources connected with the Estate are now lashing back, telling TMZ they believe Randy and Jermaine (they are not including the others) are strapped for cash and know when Katherine dies there is no way they can get their hands on a penny of MJ's fortune -- that's because all of the money goes to charity and in trust for Michael's 3 kids.

A MJ fan group based in L.A. tells TMZ ... they used social media sites to raise money from fans all over the world for the memorial project ... finally collecting over $30k.

An emotional Randy Jackson commemorated the three year anniversary of the death of his younger brother Michael Jackson by visiting Forest Lawn cemetery in Los Angeles on Monday.

Randy paid his respects and also posed for pics with MJ fans -- including a King of Pop impersonator -- who had come to Michael's final resting place.

As we previously reported, a group of MJ fans raised roughly $30K to decorate Jackson's tomb with 10,000 roses to honor the fallen pop superstar. Michael Jackson died on June 25th, 2009. TMZ

The 14-year-old daughter of the late Michael Jackson King of Pop understands why he covered their faces when they appeared in public although she wasn't aware of why at the tie.

She told Oprah Winfrey on 'Oprah's Next Chapter': "I was really confused. I didn't get why I was wearing a mask. I understand it now. My dad wanted us to be covered because he wanted us to have a childhood."

She added that the decision enabled her and younger brothers Prince and Blanket to go places other children could, like restaurants. Pairis shared: "Chuck E. Cheese was one of our most favorite places to go."Michael's only daughter with ex-wife Deborah Rowe opens up to Oprah in an interview on airing on Sunday in the United States.

She speaks about life with her father, who died aged 50 at his home in Los Angeles due to an overdose of the powerful anesthesia propofol. His physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, was sentenced to four years in prison after he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for administering the drug.
She said about his passing: "It never gets any easier."

Michael Jackson Estate sued in $1 Billion Bizzare lawsuit

Michael Jackson owes a convicted criminal $1 BILLION for exploiting personal details about her life in his music -- this according to a bizarre and, dare we say, bogus lawsuit.

Kimberly Griggs filed the case in San Diego -- claiming she and Jackson had an intimate relationship beginning in 1979, which she says he chronicled in his albums "Off the Wall," "Thriller," "Bad," "Dangerous," and his greatest hits album ... "Number Ones."

Griggs -- who spent years in prison for burglary and robbery -- claims she was pissed that Michael exposed her personal secrets in his tunes, so to make things nice he promised to give her the rights to the songs.

She says she was stunned when MJ died and she was completely left out of his estate. According to the handwritten lawsuit, Griggs wants $1 billion in damages. Calls to MJ's Estate weren't returned, but we're guessing their response begins with the letters b and s. TMZ

Michael Jackson's crystal glove set to make more than £250,000 at auction

Some of Michael Jackson's signature fashion wares, including one of his right-handed crystal gloves are set to go under the hammer. It is expected that the sparkling accessory will fetch in excess of £250,000 - the price paid for an almost identical lot item back in 2009.

Other pieces up for sale include Jackson's Captain EO shirt, the black spandex outfit from his 'Scream' video and the breakaway suit he wore during his BAD tour in the late 1980s. Dailymail

Michael Jackson's former bodyguard claims the singer was a paranoid maniac ... who ordered members of his inner circle to kill his older brother Randy ... this according to The Sun.

In the interview with The Sun ... ex-bodyguard Matt Fiddes claims, "Michael was caught in a war with his brothers for years, They were desperate to sign him up to a $500 million deal for a Jackson 5 reunion tour."

The house where Michael Jackson died is up for sale for a whopping $23.9 million. The estate went on the market Monday and we've learned a "major celebrity" will look at it tomorrow.

The 17,000 square foot house which has been on and off the market since MJ died  is completely empty. It has 13 bathrooms, a pool, guest house and an elevator.

Conrad Murray Found Guilty of Michael Jackson's death

Michael Jackson's private doctor Conrad Murray was found guilty today of killing the King of Pop. Dr Conrad Murray was led out of court in handcuffs after being remanded without bail to await his sentencing on November 29. The 58-year-old cardiologist faces up to four years behind bars after the jury at Los Angeles Superior Court convicted him of involuntary manslaughter. Wearing a grey pin-striped suit and a blue tie, Murray looked stunned as the jury's decision was read out after two days and ten hours of deliberations.

Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, died at age 50 at his Los Angeles on June 25, 2009 from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol and other sedatives. Dr. Murray was by the singer's side on the day he died and pleaded not guilty in January to a charge of involuntary manslaughter. He faces up to four years in prison. 

A concert to honour the greatest entertainer of all times - Michael Jackson

Honouring their father: Prince Michael, Blanket and Paris took to the stage in iconic clothing at the Michael Forever Tribute Concert at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

Last night the world watched several entertainers dishing out their best songs in honour of the king of pop music the late Michael Jackson. Although the concert was marred by family disagreements, the audience had a splendid time. Michael's three children took to the stage wearing Michael Jackson's iconic jackets to the amusement of the audience.

The trio joined family and the showbiz elite last night to celebrate Jacko's life with a memorial gig in the Welsh capital - but the singer's siblings have been divided as to whether or not to attend. Tito, Marlon, Jackie and La Toya all performed at the concert, while Jermaine, Randy and Janet were notably missing. The absentees believed that the show was 'inappropriate and ill-timed' due to the current trial of Conrad Murray, the doctor charged with involuntary manslaughter over Jacko's death. 

Jermaine and Randy both said in a statement, they said: 'We feel that the most important tribute we can give to our brother at this time is to seek justice in his name.' While Marlon said he respected their decision, adding: 'Each one of us grieves differently. We want to celebrate the positive side of his life, the positive things that he did.'
