Audius, has made a name for himself as one of Australia's best producers and songwriters. He started out his career in Australia by producing and writing over half of Selwyn's debut album 'Meant To Be' in 2000/01. He has been producing since he was 18-years-old in other territories previous to his work here in Australia.
The mature sound indicates years of focus, strong commitment and ambition driven by his passion for music. "I write music that is real and I do not like to fictionalize the content". Audius is now the Executive Producer/Head of A&R for Legit Music and he has a worldwide publishing deal with Sony ATV Publishing. Audius has also started his own publishing company, Audius Productions, under the belief that the strength of any music industry lies in the hands of the creativity of its writers and producers, as much as the artists involved.
His affiliation with Australian artists saw him achieve certified Gold sales on the ARIA chart for the first time in 2001 with the success of Selwyn's 'Buggin Me' and 'Way Loves Supposed To Be', and that was only the beginning.
Audius has made an impact in the charts every year ever since he started having a No. 1 and single with Paulini, Gold selling single 'Hell No!' with Ricki-Lee and numerous others. Audius co-wrote the inspiring 'Born To Try' with Delta Goodrem, which is now a certified 8x platinum No. 1 single on the ARIA Chart and peaked No.3 on the UK chart in March 03. Shortly after writing this track with Delta, Audius jetted off to Southern African to release his self-titled debut album.
The album is a soulful compilation of love songs and up-tempo club tracks written through an artistic feat that defies his age. The album sold over 100,000 copies and achieved No.1 charting in countries such as Zimbabwe. While he puts together a number of personal projects , Audius has managed to work with some of USA and Europe's finest artists, such as the UKs Artful Dodger and the USA's Rahsaan Patterson, Joe Thomas, Josh Thompson, Puff Johnson, Teron Beal and more.
After his collaborations in Australia and abroad he is undoubtly one of the most sort after songwriters and producers. His own music, demonstrates the best of all his influences and collaborations over many years. Basically its a culmination of R&B and Soul, intertwined with an infectious melody.
