IT is winter and a number of shows have been lined up to shake off the chill for fun lovers. Tonight, all roads lead to the Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex, where superstar Oliver Mtukudzi, Alick “Extrabasso” Macheso, Jah Prayzah and a special guest are expected to set the town alight.
While Macheso will be playing in his own backyard, Tuku has performed at the venue on a number of occasions and those who have attended some of his joint shows with Extrabasso know that the gig is a must attend.
The inclusion of Jah Prayzah, who is currently riding high with hits like “Gochi Gochi” and “Ngwarira Kuparara”, will be the icing on the cake. Presented by Partson Chimbodza, of Chipaz Promotions, the gig will give fans a chance to start the month on a high note.
