Usher's 11-year-old stepson has been declared brain dead by doctors following the accident when he was struck by a jet ski ... TMZ has learned. Read the story if you missed it here

According to our sources, Kyle Glover (son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster) has not experienced any brain activity since he was admitted to the hospital. We're told there has been no decision yet as to whether or not to take him off life support.

According to TMZ, Glover, the son of Tameka Foster, Usher’s estranged wife, has not experienced any brain activity since his admission to the hospital. Glover was reportedly floating on an inner tube on Lake Lanier near his Atlanta home when a jet ski collided with him, hitting him in the head. A female companion, 15, was also struck in the accident and admitted to the hospital as well.

As of press time, a decision about whether or not to remove the child from life support has yet to be made. Usher, who charted a plane so Foster could get to her son’s side as fast as possible, has been at the hospital since last night.

He and Foster have swept aside their differences and have come together in this trying time. While they may be at odds over their children, Usher has proven to be one dedicated stepfather and a good man.

The accident is reportedly under investigation. Our thoughts and prayers are with Kyle, Tameka and Usher during this difficult time. Popcrush
