The construction of a multi-million dollar shopping complex, the Mall of Zimbabwe Millennium Park, in Borrowdale is set to take place in the next 5 months and will be completed end 2012 or early 2013. The project which is worth US$100 million is a partnership between the City of Harare and three investors - Augur Investments, McCormick Property Development and West Group. On completion the project will create more than 1 000 jobs during construction and more as businesses start operations at the mall.
