| Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa |
A rapper from Chitungwiza has recorded a single praising Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa for his magical powers. The rapper, Carlos Green, 23, showed his affection for the preacher of the moment in his single entitled Minana. The single – recorded at Ghettoville Chitown Studios – was produced by Dj Anosa on December 14 last year. Carlos said that he gets a lot of inspiration from Makandiwa.
“I dedicated this song to him because of the way he has touched people’s lives. He used to be my pastor in Unit F before he formed his own church and I just love his teachings,” he said. In the single, he praises Makandiwa for changing his life for the better through his teachings. “ Ndakaparidzirwa nababa E Makandiwa neshoko ravo ndakabaiwa
“…ndopandakaziva Satan ndiye anga amboneni time dzandaishaiwa, ndichiswera ndakabata shaya kunge huku yanaiwa,” sings Carlos in one stanza. Carlos will be remembered for his reply to Stunner’s popular single, Gogo which brought him some attention.
