The album was released two weeks back. In an interview with H-Metro, the Tynwald-based chanter said he did a Shona album because fans were requesting for more tracks in vernacular. “Fans have been requesting for more Shona songs from Guspy Warrior so I thought I should come up with an album for them. “The other reason is because my previous album was an English one so I thought to do a Shona one this time around.
“I always want to release an album carrying both Shona and English,” he said.
He added that he was already doing videos for some of the tracks on the album. Guspy Wrrior has managed to hold his own among the country’s premier dancehall artistes.
