Justin Bieber's alleged brawl with a photog was turned over to prosecutors today ... TMZ has learned.
Law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County District Attorney's Office is now reviewing the case, and will determine whether Justin gets charged with misdemeanor battery in the May 27 incident.
As TMZ first reported, Bieber and the pap got into a physical altercation as JB was leaving a movie at the Calabasas Commons with gf Selena Gomez. The photog called the cops, but Justin and Selena were gone by the time they arrived.
We're told L.A. County Sheriff's deputies tried to reach Justin to discuss the incident, but never spoke to him. Biebs was out of the country for several weeks on a promotional tour. TMZ
