Even though almost no romantic story in the history of ever begins with “so I stormed the stage and attacked him,” that doesn’t mean Justin Bieber‘s legions of fans aren’t willing to give it a whirl — and if you think it’s just American girls who are that brazen, think again.

During a Monday appearance in the Land Down Under, the Biebs taped a performance for the live finale of ‘Australia’s Got Talent’ — and during the interview that followed, a crafty 14-year-old named Amilia Radevska managed to evade security and rush the stage.

Justin Bieber put on quite the show at the MTV World Stage Live in Malaysia. Although he took to the stage in Petaling Jaya, near Kuala Lumpur for an energetic performance which included his signature dance moves, Justin told fans that getting to show off his voice at more intimate performances is something he loves.

Justin Bieber's live show is painful to listen to ... so says an Oregon woman who claims she was hit with a "sound blast" at one of his concerts that left her with permanent ear damage. According to the suit, Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to see Bieber's show in Portland, Oregon on July 14, 2010.

Betts claims it was incredibly loud inside the arena thanks to Justin's shrieking fans ... but Bieber made it MUCH MUCH WORSE when he climbed into a "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" which was pulled out into the crowd.  In the suit, Betts claims Bieber "created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena.

 

Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion." Betts says the gondola acted as a "sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears."

As a result, Betts claims she now suffers from tinnitus ... which causes a constant pulsing, whooshing shound that makes it hard to sleep. She also complains of other hearing-related damage.

She's suing Bieber -- along with Bieb's record label, the concert promoter and the arena -- and demanding $9.23 million in damages.

Justin Bieber's alleged brawl with a photog was turned over to prosecutors today ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us the L.A. County District Attorney's Office is now reviewing the case, and will determine whether Justin gets charged with misdemeanor battery in the May 27 incident.

As TMZ first reported, Bieber and the pap got into a physical altercation as JB was leaving a movie at the Calabasas Commons with gf Selena Gomez. The photog called the cops, but Justin and Selena were gone by the time they arrived.

We're told L.A. County Sheriff's deputies tried to reach Justin to discuss the incident, but never spoke to him. Biebs was out of the country for several weeks on a promotional tour. TMZ

Oslo's mayor has launched an investigation into yesterday's near-catastrophic Justin Bieber concert in Norway -- after 49 teenage girls were injured in the fandemonium ... and 14 were taken by ambulance for emergency care.

No one was seriously injured, but Mayor Fabian Stang groused, "I have already called on the Emergency Planning Agency to examine the entire event from the planning stage to its implementation. We have to find out what went wrong and why it happened."
