As if Usher didn’t have enough to deal with these days, he’s on his way back to court again. This time, he’s not facing off with his ex, Tameka Foster. Ursh is being sued by a DJ alleging that the ‘Scream’ singer stole his track.

TMZ reports that Aubrey Davis, who uses the stage name DJ Mixx, filed a federal lawsuit against Usher in Florida. Davis claimed that his own song, ‘Let’s Go,’ was the basis of ‘Hey Daddy,’ one of Usher’s tracks on ‘Raymond v. Raymond.’ Davis said that someone he showed his song to somehow passed it along to Usher, who then added lyrics to it and used it on his own record.

Usher wants to settle his messy custody battle with ex-wife Tameka Raymond. The 33-year-old singer is keen to sort out a deal after his 11-year-old stepson Kyle Glover - the child of Tameka and her former partner Ryan Glover - was hit by a jet ski earlier this month and pronounced brain dead.

Sources close the couple have told TMZ that Usher spoke to his lawyers earlier this week and asked them to construct a new proposal that will give Tameka "a majority" custody of their two sons, Usher Raymond V, four, and three-year-old Naviyd Ely Raymond.

Usher is also said to be raising his child support offer "significantly" after Tameka reportedly refused an offer from him over the weekend that stipulated a 50/50 share of custody and a very slight increase in child support.

Although no offers are thought to have been presented to Tameka yet, insiders believe she is open to a "reasonable settlement". Usher is said to have been left "completely devastated" and "distraught" following the jet ski incident.

A source recently said: "Usher is completely devastated and shaken with what has occurred. "He is emotionally drained from the accident. He feels incredibly awful, distraught ... it's been a complete rollercoaster of emotions."

A friend of Usher‘s family is under investigation for his involvement in the jet-ski accident which has left Usher’s 11-year-old stepson, Kyle Glover, brain dead. MTV News was able to obtain the incident report from the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, and police have identified Jeffrey S. Hubbard as the person riding the jet ski.

According to the report, Hubbard was operating the water vehicle in Atlanta’s Lake Lanier when he struck Glover and a 15-year-old girl who were both riding on inner tubes. “Basically, a pontoon was pulling two juveniles on an inner tube, and the watercraft ran over the top of them,” Sgt. Mike Burgamy with the DNR told the New York Daily News.

According to our sources, Kyle Glover (son of Usher's estranged wife Tameka Foster) has not experienced any brain activity since he was admitted to the hospital. We're told there has been no decision yet as to whether or not to take him off life support.

According to our sources, Glover was sitting in an inner tube on Lake Lanier when he was hit in the head. We're told Glover was unresponsive when he was taken out of the water.

Our source say Glover remains unresponsive and is currently in critical condition.

We're told that despite Usher's acrimonious divorce from Foster, he chartered a plane for Tameka, who was out of town, to be by her son's side.

Our sources say she was extremely thankful for Usher's grand gesture and she rushed immediately to be by her son's side. Story developing ...

He is engaged in a bitter custody dispute with ex-wife Tameka Foster. But Usher today put the former couple's legal battle behind him as he took their sons out for a day at the park. The singer was spotted smiling in Malibu as he enjoyed some quality time with his boys Usher Raymond V, four, and three-year-old Naviyd Ely Raymond.

The doting dad, wearing denim shorts, a white tank top and slip-on loafers, was grinning ear-to-ear as he pushed the boys in swings and they laughed along. The family was also seen enjoying a swing on the monkey bars, with Usher joining the youngsters as he hung onto the rails.

The trio seemed to enjoy the sunny California weather, with the boys even taking their shoes off to wiggle their toes in the sand. Behind the scenes, however, the singer is engaged in a very public dispute with Foster over the custody of their two boys. Dailynews

 

Usher Stalker hospitalized

The woman arrested in front of Usher's house last weekend was later admitted to a psych ward for mental evaluation -- after insisting she was the singer's wife -- this according to law enforcement.

TMZ broke the story ... 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw was arrested outside Usher's Georgia home Sunday after disobeying a criminal trespass warning -- ordering her to stay off his property.

Cops issued the warning the previous day, when Darshelle showed up to Usher's house the first time ... and someone on the property had to call police.
