The town of Kwekwe came to a standstill as Tongai Moyo’s body came to the town for body viewing. Many of his fans clogged the roads to catch a glimpse of their departed hero. Many said they had come to pay their respects to a musician who had entertained them for years.
They would always remember the great shows and the music from the days Dhewa was being dubbed a copycat to now when he was widely regarded as a Sungura giant. Many more people are expected to converge in Zhombe where Samanyemba is expected to be laid to rest Tuesday.
