Spar Solo Festival will take place on December 3rd at Pakare Paye Arts centre in Norton according to Tuku Music. At least 25 artists across art forms are performing at this year’s edition of the annual SPAR Solo Festival. Unlike previous years when the festival was graced by only local artists, this year the festival features Steve Dyer and Suzzane Owiyo from Kenya.
